The glass rear window in my Buick convertible shattered and I'm having a hard time finding a replacement or someone to replace it. Anyone know of a source or someone to go to in the Michigan Thumb?

Any convertible top manufacturer can secure this for you. You should google "Convertible Tops" for a local installer. Kee Tops does have a rear window (glass - both with and withOUT the rear window defogger) but the glass on these cars is bonded to the insert that holds the glass in. You might as well start thinking about a new top...

New rear windows are pretty commonly available ( I often use Hydro-Electric in FL) but you'd better fix the underlying problem....I'm 99% sure the reason it popped (if it popped while folding the top) is because the spring loaded guides that attach to the rear seat panel are bent/missing/not spring loaded, etc...they need to be in place and functional, or the glass cocks when folding and the top crushes it. Hydro Electic has all the stuff you need there too..
