this car was my uncles now trying to sell for my dad. the car was driven by my uncle then parked and sat in a garage the last 26 years. his plans were to put a turbo v6 in it but he passed away before it ever happened. the engine in the car now is the original overhead cam 4 cylinder and it also has a 4 speed. this is a complete original car. it is located south of Youngstown ohio and the asking price is $2900, also there are a few extra parts that would go with it. let me know if I left anything out. image 1 Cody
I cant seem to get the picture to work. if someone is able to post it, I could email it to them, thanks. Cody

ok let me see what I can come up with. thanks for trying Lou. I can text a couple to a cell phone number if youre interested.
Tom, it has not been started since it was parked in the garage years ago. it does crank over, I think with fresh gas and make sure it has spark I think it would start. I would check over the brakes and lines ect. before I drove it too much. Cody
I will jump in kine for Glen Roberts. Where is this car located? I will try to reach him if he is interested he can jump in here. MarkO
Thanks Mark I am holding off on the opel for now I bought a 65 buick drag car should be at the track as soon as it opens
Hi Cody, I haven't heard from you in a while. I have too many projects still in the works. That car should remain stock and I want to go too fast! Good luck I'm surprised that lasted more than 10 seconds. ken
hi Ken good to hear from you. hows your race car coming? yeah we were really wanting to see a buick guy get the opel. Cody
I have a friend who drove an Opel GT from the show room to the junk yard (due to rust) over a 15 year period of time. It went from the US to Germany twice. Apparently they never sold them in Germany, a crowd gathered every place he drove it over there. I'll tell him about it. If I didn't have too many I'd buy it. Wanna trade for a 66 GS project?
