I recently purchased this car and it's quite the beauty. Anyone located in Northern California and going to be attending Good Guys (or some of the other shows in the area) next year let me know, as I'll definitely be there.

It is a beauty, congrats on finding the car.

The interior color scheme with buckets is the same as my '72.

Thank you, the interior scheme plus the Crystal Blue paint is just beautiful. The '70 Skylark I have, that I'm attempting to sell, is the same color as yours (seamist green). Love seeing cars in light blue and light green, I just don't see that many in those colors (at least not out here).

So you're the guy that bought it right out from under my ebay nose!
I was just getting ready to bid on it, and it was gone!
Just what I have been looking for, love the color and it was really nicely done
by the seller. I snoozed and loozed! Swore I would never pay shipping from Cal
but decided this car would be worth it. Seller told me some guy from Brentwood
came down with cash, that would be you. You did get a really nice one.
The underside is as clean as the top. So if you get tired of it, let me know! :TU:

Here's an ebay link for your info if you don't have it already.
Looks like you put nicer wheels on already.

Yeah, it's absolutely gorgeous. I recently did the exhaust, as it had dynomax exhaust on it, it now has black widows and sounds amazing (I'll have to get a video put together to show what it sounds like). In addition to that, I put a sway bar in the rear and will be looking at getting a few smaller things done; however, outside of that, the car is so clean and beautiful, I'm just glad I went to take a look at it (with cash of course ).

Rob, was interested in your old 70 sea mist car on ebay, but it ended early also.
    Assume you sold it?

I think there is a conspiracy by you Cal people to hoard all your cars.
i promise I won't drive one in the snow if I get one!
I also won't let it go the polls on election day.

Ive only ever owned California cars, not to say other locations/plants are bad, but I dont think Id ever buy a non-California car. Once I see a Z, I know Im going to have to pay up for it.

Below is a video of a walk around of the vehicle. The weather finally cleared up and time permitted; so, I took it out for a ride this morning and shot the video.

Looking sharp. I just bought a 1971 Skylark project. Looking at your video, I'm having that all too familiar moment when I ask myself, "why did your cheap-ass buy a project when you could have bought something nice?!"
