1971 inner fender

looking for a right side (passenger) inner fender for my 1971 skylark. located in Arkansas, ship or pick up in reason. thanks

 

A good RH side is all but impossible to find, patching yours or a new one from the parts place will be the more cost effective option

 

mines gone , like stolen gone, i have a patch panel but no inner fender to patch. where can i get one from a parts place?

 

Just saw one on Buick Swap meet for a great price. This was the guy who had it for sale . $20

I think they were selling them on eBay for $239.00 with free shipping. They are a pretty nice part. I did a review on these a few months ago. Look in the repro parts section on this site. I posted a bunch of pictures of the one I got.
I have a real nice repaired one,but for the price of shipping,you would be better off getting one from The Parts Place.

 

Wear gloves when installing it ha, I got leather for hands,..and when I got done i look like I had been in a knife fight

 

i saw the patch panel but no whole fender, nothing on ebay, can't belive they dont reman these

Maybe out of stock. You could also call AMD and check production,or see if their is a vendor near you that sells them.

 

ill cal Wednesday, The Parts place doesn't have them neither does auto metal direct according to an email response , i'll still call them though. i may have to buy a parts car just to get a fender, thats if i can find one

 

I have a repaired one,but last time I shipped one of these,it was stupid. I have shipped bumpers and fenders cheaper. Doesn’t make sense.

 

id imagine UPS and just put a lable or it? what you think it would cost. i'd come get it but i think your pretty far from me

 

auto metal direct got back to me: we did make a handful of parts for those Buicks in the past and they just didn’t really sell well, so we discontinued those a little while back. The Parts Place is actually who bought most of it.
in which the part place doent have them either, this shouldnt be this hard

 

Sounds like TPP is in fact sold out, last time I spoke to Joe, he said he planned to put everything back into production and possibly finish the hood and fender stamps that AMD had been doing
