    If I had a build sheet for it, it sure would be posted on the auction page.. Too many if's to go out on a limb for this one unless it was staring me in the face on a lift to inspect.

    Again, this one wreaks of notrightedness. I would guess his brother in law was the last auctions high bidder??

    Exactly!

    Any auction worth bidding on should include any and all documentation. The first listing was the free pass.

    I'd have thought the seller would have learned that you post whatever you have - to both eliminate questions and further solidify the car's authenticity.

    Despite its "issues" , its still a 70 Stage 1 4 speed. They don't exactly grow on trees you know. Looks like a solid driver. This one is definitely ripe for picking.

    Usually when I'm dealing with someone once they catch starting lying and trying to play me for a fool I give them the Jason cook and offer a third of the asking price. It's shameful this guy has been made aware that it's not a numbers car and he's still selling as original.
