You can tell it is a clone by his choice of words in in describing the car and what it has.

Looks too nice @ that $ for such little desc. & no underhood or int. pics w/ man. trans. Proceed very cautiously.

So let's assume this car exists and is a "real " sale, is the asking price about right for a clone GSX ? Not a lot of detail on what has been done to it though.
I remember a couple of years ago on Barret Jackson TV auction a nice yellow one went for about $18,000 ( + buyers premium )

I would wager the car in the pictures is a real one, but the sale is a scam. Give em hell Jason!!

Two I've seen recently we're in the low-mid 20's. Both very well done (one was LS powered).

You shouldn't really use the words "well-done" and LS in the same sentence!

So what would the absolute upper level price be for a very, very nice 1972 GSX clone with a TA built 455 engine ? Are we talking the same mid 20s ?

IMO 35,000. Why ? A real GSX restored can be 135,000 A clone big block Cuda or clone Shelby can be 60,000 so why not ?

STAGE III Lost Experimental 455-4 Bolt Main Block.

Probably auto on the column and a 215 aluminum v-8 with 2:78 rear gears:D
