    Gary,
If it was a mopar, Chevy, ford......ect it would bring big money but once again Buicks just don't bring out the big dollars. Again like Myself and many others have said 1000s of times " it's only worth what someone is willing to pay." It got a lot of press when John sold it at auction and STILL only brought 75k and now years later I don't see it selling. A rare stage1 could cost 60k to restore and not have near the history/fame this car has. I think the car is priced to move now... That said I think it will not sell. My guess is the car buyers are topping out around 85k but that's just my guess.

Doo Wop Where were you in '62?

    A rare stage1 could cost 60k

At that price to restore what condition would the car be in prior to?

I saw the car at Russo and Steele auction in Scottsdale a few years ago luckily it was spared when the tents came down around it, but back in the day when prices where up it was appraised at over a million $. I betting someone will buy the car for the new price. I don't recall the carpet looking like that?

    $72.5k plus commissions.

Way to cheap imo. Someone like Floyd Garrett should buy it. Belongs in a museum.

    We will see.:Do No:

I would have thought someone would have bought your GSX when you had it for sale but no one stepped up to buy it. (Nice looking GSX you have)

Fact is I have seen prices falling more than going up for the MOST part. I am very aware that there are exceptions. The low end (Sub 15k cars) have I think gone up but the high end cars seem to be coming down in order to move them. NEWS FLASH THE ECONOMY IS STILL NOT GREAT !

racenu I have a cold bear says the car will not sell on eBay. It will end and not be bought till after the auction ends if it sells at all.

I would love to bring that car back to where it grew up, but at $100k it is still beyond my means.

And I remember when that "rug" was folded up it the trunk.

I've seen this car listed before also. The pics make it look like a Matchbox car for some reason. And except for the ALL white interior, I don't see much being prototype on the car.

Still, it is a very well cared for and good lookng car. Too bad most people would never consider driving it again on the streets. Some dumbass kid in a 10 year old Civic would crash into you and not have any insurance.
