Wayne Roberts attached. Interestingly, being built right @ the transition period, it has plastic radiator cover/clear overflow, but flat dash lenses. I know of another '70 Stage 1 4-sp with the same invoice date but an earlier serial number that has pointed lenses.

    Ohh? Haha!! :)

I was speaking in terms of auction placement/time, etc..

When I sold my 72 Stage 1 4-speed in 2011, my week long auction ended on a Sunday night after 10:30.

It's simple eBay 101. Plus, a little elbow grease wouldn't hurt either. Just saying...

Anyway, I'll be in touch about that car you mentioned. ;-)

I agree - I always schedule the end time for eBay. Why, for example, & I don't mean to call out anyone on here, would you have an auction end during the Super Bowl?

Shouldn't you be working Brett? Or is the whole place shut down gor the parade?

No, no - the show goes on here regardless of the parade.

I went to the first one in 2002 and froze my ass off. I'm good, now.

Whats the buy it now price on this ride ? I know reserve was 10k but how much...really?
I'm thinking for 8k, it would be worth taking on another frame off project.
lots of rust on this one from what the ebay pics show.

What if those GS's were convertibles?

Still optional, not standard, generally speaking if it's got Posi it most always has the rear sway and arms, can't remember if that was part of F41 or not tho

You can see it on Dano's Wayne Roberts report for his car in the previous post, H-6 option.

Yes, I believe the boxed arms and rear sway bar were part of Buicks F41 suspension, same as GM's other A-body's optional ride and handling packages (GTOs, 442s, and SSs had the same option available). I think the above posters are confusing the boxed rear control arms with the supposed heavy duty (boxed?) frames convertibles received (going off anecdotal info on the frame... experts please chime in).

Posi was a separate option as was performance axle ratio, both of which were included in the Stage 1 package (but not F41).

This car does not have F-41 . Pretty low options . This should make it easier to read .
