Newly rebuilt by Quadrajet Power ( Aka Mark Northcutt) on August 29,2016. It is a 7040240 dated coded 1170 which translates to a late April 1970 build. New items include gaskets, jets, primary rods, accelerator pump, power piston spring, base plate bushings, check ball, needle/seat, secondary air flap cam and return spring, primary and secondary choke pull off. Services include machine base plate, machine air horn, fuel wells sealed, soaked, cleaned and colored. New filter housing. I have attached a picture of the Quadrajet Power build sheet as well as pictures of the carb. Price $275. Shipping not included.
I'm possibly interested, but don't put me in line. Long story with my carb and a builder... if this doesn't sell right away, and I don't get mine back, maybe I'll buy it in a week or two. Bump for any other interested parties, looks like a good deal.
