1970-72 Buick rear glass

Do you know if anyone makes rear smoked glass for the 1970-72 Buick Skylark.

I imagine Pilkington does; There is a Pilkington plant in Ontario. See their website. you can even get it with the correct LOF label and date code!

I was able to get a front window for my 1971 Skylark Custom convertible from them. Not that expensive either!

 

No one makes the rear, I went thru this several years ago, got lucky and found OEM out of NY but cost me $550 shipped to KC.......GL with your search. BTW the front can be found everywhere..........weird

 

Is the rear from a 4 door the same as a 2 door? if so, there are several in local junkyard. several two doors as well. Most of them ore already free of the body due to rust...

 

I think i have an original rear winshield kicking around. Not sure what "smoked" means. I live in Buffalo Ny so you could come get it. Let me know if you want me to dig it oit and take a few pics?
