1969 Skylark with a Nailhead. $8,500 Portland

Looks pretty clean. Interesting engine swap. Like the tailpipes behind the wheel like that.Great look.

Any guess what engine is in it instead? Just curious.

 

The ad says it's a 322.

 

Not a 322, that would be a nailhead and their distributors are in the back. Looks like a 300 from here.

 

It's a 300 v-8
And it's not a Powerglide.

Buick made the ST-300. It is a 2 speed that looks similar to a power glide, but it is as Buick to Chevy as anything else Buick.

(but, at least it's not a sbc or another LS)
