1969 (?) GS for sale in Florida. Opinions?

    All that money and they put a wrap on the steering wheel? The interior creeps me out, looks like a coffin with that pattern.

    the listed price was something between $25 K and $30 K IIRC.

    I just looked again and the price is listed at $24,997 but says it has been sold. Condition-wise, it looked pretty good to me in the pics. The quality of the paint job seemed good, too. What concerned me was how much of it looked like a Frankenstein job. Pretty sure the front fenders are 1968, for example. So is it a 68, or a 69?

    not sure what is making you think the fenders are 68 ? thats 69 skylark "shark gill" trim ..

    Oh, that's right, sorry. Every Buick I have owned has been a GS so that's what I am used to and I recall my 1968 GS350 had a vent or gill on the front fenders.

    What about the lack of a trunk lock cover--any thoughts?

    I was never into clones or tributes or what have you.
    Paint job is one thing but embleming one up, fogetaboutit.
