Outstanding!! Good work! Nice color combo and trim level!
Thanks Steve Reynolds
Car is coming along nicely, great work can’t wait to see it in person.
Very nice indeed. Did someone come up with a stove pipe for you?
Yes someone from the Buick family helped us out.
Random question, but I think of it every time I see this thread. What breakdown of options did you use to determine it is 1 of 83?
Stage 1, 4 speed w A/C
That is why I was confused, my book from Mike T. shows 80?
cip69 I will have to get the stuff ogther on how we came up with 83. It may be one of 80!
Ris- nice work thus far! Tail light lens screws.. semi flat black. Skylarks were cad plated..
Is that for GS 350 cars as well Geo?
Every cad plated tail light screw I had were from Skylarks or Special Deluxe's. Every black (I assume it's black phos plated or mag plated) I have were from GS 400's... I've never owned a GS 350, however, I feel it should be SF black...
gd227, thanks and I will make that change! The V8 Buick Team has been very helpfull during this build. Thanks again.
Good Morning, below will be a couple more photos. On Tuesday I received the seats from the upholster shop, the hood is very close from being completed and installed, and yesterday I finished up on a couple more of engine compartment items.
A couple more steps forward!
Something to think about: Dave Johnson was selling the correct "shiny" shifter knobs with jam nuts for our cars. I can reach out and see if he has any left, if you're so inclined.
Amazing work, by the way!
Thanks Brett Slater. I will reach out to Dave Johnson
