Something doesn't jive with the paint code, but full disclosure from the seller is fair. https://www.hemmings.com/classifieds/dealer/buick/electra-225/2138469.html?refer=alert
He is very good at marketing his cars. The wrong year wires are tacky as is the aftermarket body side molding, added pinstripe and wide whites. After market radio is a nice touch as well. There are a lot of signs this is an old restoration when you start looking close at the pictures. Headliner, trunk lining all have been messed with. They usually service there cars so you can bet the a/c compressor is shot or it would have been serviced. The radiator hose is also a nice touch for a car that has more than likely gone through their shop. Lots of smoke and mirrors on this one. More than likely a decent solid car, but I am betting it's a 10 footer. When asking a premium price, the car needs to BE premium
How disappointing. I thought I was going to see one of my all time favorite cars, in my all time favorite color combo that would knock me out. Nope, bummed out instead. I think it was Mr. Magoo who critiqued the paint job, and the rest of it for that matter.
What do think it's worth How many black cars were made and have survived I wonder how rust free it is
