Eric... just a lil note...neither one of these 68 OR 69 bumpers would work on your "X"... but Im certain you KNOW that. I have to assume you meant you would like to put this on your G O R G E O U S 69? right? BTW Rusty can produce an excellent N25 on 70 rear bumpers too!! Wheelz, Tampa Bay
Love the craftsmanship of the N25 bumper, hard work pays off:beer:beer:beer but price for N25, well have me working even harder to pay you off for N25 bumper:Brow:
PLEEEEZE believe me when I say I have more invested than my selling price. Designing and REdesigning the tips to fit correctly and purchasing good, clean, solid, rustfree bumpers and shipping to me, then to Rusty, and paying him for his EXCELLENT CUT OUT services and more shipping to Tri City for chrome plating and shipping back to me and oh my, on & on & on... Remember when Large LED TV s first came out? they were $1400?? You can now buy them for less than $385.... There is a good chance I will prolly not go into production on these so the price reflects my costs to present these TWO ~ One-ova-kind, ONE 68 and ONE 69 ONLY N25 packages to our StepCHild Nation collectors... Wheelz, Tampa Bay
ThanQ Lee! These are definitely a work of art but no where near a Van Gogh pricetag... :Brow: Wheelz, Tampa Bay
+1 wow they look great. Let me find another 69 GS400 and I will save up for a bit and call you. Great work.
The 68 model N25 bumper arrived at my office today. It is even better seeing it in person than the pictures Dennis took, the chrome is incredible and overall workmanship is top shelf. I will be having it installed this weekend. :TU: Thanks Dennis!
I should know,in a week or so if my holiday bonus Santa thought I was naughty or nice and if BigRed will be sporting a new N25 Wheelzy bumbpa
Mark, Congrats! These look awesome,:beers2: Cant wait to see your pictures. Dennis excellent work in creating these. I look forward to seeing who the lucky 69 owner will be! Tony:Brow:
...and for you Mr BLK69GS... SURE!! why not drive your car to Tampa Bay area ... you hand me $2345.67 CA$H and we will take the car to a buddys exhaust shop and have him install the N25 Bumper with the tips! THENNN.. . . . I will compensate you a small percentage for every referral you send me.... hows that? :Brow: :TU: Wheelz, Tampa Bay
Heres a quick update on the new 68-69 N25 bumper, I had mine temporarily installed today, and it fit like a glove. The placement of the exhaust outlet was spot on and will allow the exhaust shop easy access to install the hangers. All in all Dennis, you did a great job on these and I for one thank you for creating this masterpiece. Buick engineers couldn't have done a better job :TU: Pictures will have to follow later, as the car is having other work done and the bumper will be rehung later and then sent to the exhaust shop.
I hope you don't mind some commentary, but.... I don't have a stepchild or an n25 on my 72, but I gotta say Wheelz, you hit this one outta the park!! That looks absolutely fantastic! I may catch alot of crap from my 70-72 brethren, but I almost think this looks better than the factory n25 on the later cars. Nicely done Sir! I mean, if you made a bumper nice enough to get Alan to finally let big red see the light of day after all this time, you really achieved something!!
Haha worth a shot! I like my stock bumper/exhaust but would like to see who ends up with the 69 bumper!
