Can anyone tell me if the rod (approx 26”) that goes from the floor shifter assembly to the transmission is the same rod whether you had a ST300 or a ST400 transmission on ‘67 Skylarks and GS? The diagram in the chassis manual does not seem to designate two different rods. I have two ‘67 console/shifter setups from ‘67 Skylarks. One has the rod and the other does not, i was going to make a rod but, wondered if there were two different rods for ‘67 cars. Thanks, hope my question makes sense.

Anybody have a picture of a ‘67 GS400 automatic console shifter rod I can compare to mine?

Mine is out of my car, I can get a picture tomorrow and take some measurements if you need them.

Here you go. Looks like it's about 26 inches long.

The rod I have from a ‘67 Skylark 340 car. Thanks for the pics!
