I was hoping someone can help me with the horn relay and junction block for a 66 GS. This it the junction block on the left inner fender well by the master cylinder. I am getting the ground side working at the steering wheel. I can also enrgize the horn side with a jumper wire to make the horns blow. Does anyone have a part number and source for a replacement (NAPA has the wrong listing). Or does anyone have an extra laying around they would be willing to sell. Thanks, Scott

The horn relays from rock auto are the same as the one from Napa, as well as a couple other part stores I checked with. As I looked into the horn relays available a little closer. It would'nt be hard to rewire the horn circuit to fit up to these relays. However, It would not be original. I guess I hope to find one from a donor car being parted out maybe. Anyone still have a 66 they are parting out. This may be from some other years of cars as well. o No: Thanks for any thoughts. Scott
Do you have an AC Delco specific auto parts store? I'm blessed that I have an "A-Line Auto Parts" about a 3 minute drive away from me. They are strictly an AC Delco auto parts store, which is unheard of in this day and age of revolving-door auto parts stores. http://www.alineauto.com/Default.aspx And the folks behind the counter are true parts fanatics - one of them has about 30 years parts-counter experience - ask him for a part and he can usually walk in the back and grab it off the shelf without consulting the books I'll stop in tomorrow and ask about your horn relay and let you know.
The one you need was by Little Fuse Co. It has the horn relay and the junction box integrated. Group 2.815 1961- 64 all series Buicks 1965-66 3- 4000 series with 62 amp Delcotron or 50-9000 series cars GM Part # 391924 = Relay and Juction box
Jim, Yes, that should be exactly the one I need. I would like to replace mine with an original one. Does anyone still carry them. Would anyone know of a source of new old stock.
Occasionlly NOS are up for sale. I bought one within the last year or so for my 66 Olds 442 which uses the same piece. If they are remade I am not aware of it.

I paid less for the last one but this is in the ball park. There are some differences between these units. Does yours have the small terminal shown on the right in the pic supra?
No, mine does not have the extra terminal. Do you know what the extra terminal was used for? Even though it looks slightly different, it is still a whole lot closer than what I have found from other part sources today.
The ad says it is removable. I guess it is for accessories that you might want to run off the battery while bypassing the ignition switch.

The original Littlefuse relays are hard to find. $75++ when they show up. They're also used on early GTO's and 442's, so demand is high. The replacement style relays show up nearly every week, generally $35-50, sometimes much less.
Well, I was able to get the replacement version of the junction block/ relay on ebay. They accepted my offer price. So not actually an original NOS part, but I am sure I will be able to make this work just fine. Thank you again for everyone that offered information and leads for this part.
