Isn't this technically illegal? I had looked at that car before it got sold to the guy that parted it! It was badly rusted, needing floors, trunk and frame repair. Too bad, would have been a nice combo when restored with astro blue paint, saddle interior and 4 speed.
If it would have the cowl with it or a substantial part then it wouldn't be illegal..Selling the tag like that...yes,it is illegal...
