I have one. It's in good shape with the splash shield still attached to the underside. It has been stored in basements since 1974. If you'd like, I'll post pictures after I clean it up a bit.
I ran a wire wheel over it and cleaned out all the mounting holes with a thread cleaning tool. There is no heavy rust. As you can see, there is still the factory green in places. Dave

Yes. The aluminum thermostat housing is in very good condition. I'd like to sell what I believe to be the original Carter AFB that was on the manifold. It will need a new choke housing, though.
Anyone still looking?? I came across this in my inventory, a nice, 64 300 aluminim 4V intake. IIRC, I BELIEVE it will work on a 65 without serious modifications...? (I sure someone will chime in) I also suggest run a tap thru the holes, perform a light media blasting and paint, voila! Wheelz, Tampa Bay
