1962 Nailhead. I need help!

He has decent cranking compression, almost ruling out cam timing.
Gotta go through the basics one step at a time.

As mentioned...wrong TDC?
2 pistons are at TDC at the same time, one is firing while the other is finishing exhausting and beginning intake (overlap).
