I posted this in Classics, but it's so nice, I didn't want anyone to miss it! $13,200 USD for this less than 50,000 mi car seems a bargain to me... https://www.kijiji.ca/v-classic-car...op/1352666108?enableSearchNavigationFlag=true
Not that hard. This one is in Vancouver, 2 hr's north of Seattle. Contact U.S. Border services and get the forms. There is a specific time you have to cross and an there is an office to present your paperwork. That's how it was years ago when I brought one up from Washington state to Vancouver. Going Canada to U.S. I would imagine is similar. Google it.
Used to do it all the time when I lived closer to the border. Cars were CHEAP up there in the 90s. If it's over a certain age (25 years if I remember right) it's a relative cake walk. If not, it can be a pain. My Dad bought an '78 LTD wagon for a farm rig from up there back around '92 or so. It languished in a dealer lot in Milk River for 10+ years because it didn't pass U.S. emissions because of factory dual exhaust. Nothing we could do, and I think he eventually got it across but never licensed it.
