Hmmm...interesting cooler thingy on the motor, bumpers and hubcaps are painted, interior seats the wrong colour as are the door panels, and the dash looks like it was left in the open for way too long. This thing screams "flip"...it might well have been recently painted and put together, not sure I buy the "old guy' angle.
Would have to be an aux engine oil cooler. It looks like the return (or Pressure line)goes back in through the head
