Well, it could use some detail work, but that's about it. The Ersatzt lumber on the dash is worn away. But it's pretty, and the flat backs aren't that common. I'd be happy with this car, the work that needs doing shouldn't be all that tough...now as far as the price goes, a Century is always better than a Special; the big motor small body concept worked well in those years too; but, is it worth 27,500? A drive and a trip up a hoist should tell.
