The courts can rule and order all they want. In reality fear is a very strong motivator. Head to the local motorcycle club hang out. Take a wad of Benjamin’s with you and ask for some help. Show up with a trailer and be prepared to take your crap. Have them remove it from the building. Don’t break in, don’t threaten and don’t confine him. You are okay that way. Show no weapons either. It is fraud to falsify documentation / pics . His lawyer should know that. They are digging their own grave. They just helped prove your case.

 

So sorry Ken, makes me sick even reading all this. My friend sent his GTO down to Georgia years ago and finally had to drive down there due to conflicting answers with the bodyshop owner on progress. He got down there to find his 67 H/O 400-4 speed car disassembled and rusting out on the yard. Anyhow I hope you get satisfaction somehow in all this

 

shame your guys didnt record everything harrison was saying on tape....
but,as pointed out,you actually locked up your case solid with the lawyer bit.
thats probably going to be a Huge factor in deciding the case in your favor,
as the 798 pics versus the lawyers pics are going to be a serious blow to the harrison side of things.
