9375, 1050 dominator, The diaphram on my secondary squiter has a seep of fuel, but goes away after a few passes at the track. I figured I better change it out, I got a 50cc one from Summit, it was black in color, for gas, the one i took out was green, well the black one leaked all the time! I took it out and the race gas had eaten the inside of the diaphram. Summit offered gas and alcohol, should I have gotten the alcohol one?? Like I said the old one was green in color, gas one was black, Anyone have any info. on this?? I put the old one back in, but I still need to change it. Gary G.
All the "gas" 50cc diaphram's I've gotten have been black as well. I didn't think Race fule would eat them. What type of fule are you using? I've never seen a green one so it must be for alky..... If it's living with your racefule, I'd say keep using them. You may also want to check the lid of the pump to make sure it's flat and square. I've seen some that are pretty warped and leaked here and there because of it but not all the time....
