Hi all, We had our first 1/8 mile Drag meet. It was called "No Prep Kaos" and we ran on street tyres (not ET streets, but normal street tyres). $1k for first place. It was Chicago Shootout heads up, pro tree. Never ran on a pro tree before, Running street tyres on a non prepped track was difficult, but everybody was in the same boat. I would take off in second, get beyond 60ft then hit it hard then pull top gear. We won every round and came up against an LS2 Turbo car in the final. He treed me something shocking. He had .4 advantage off the line. I had to ease it off the concrete then chase him down. I drove around him and got the win by .07 sec with a 7.08 @ 108mph and took the money. I was 8mph up on him over the finish line. My 60ft was a ****house 2.0sec. Loved it. Cheers
What Jim Rogers said. They must think you have some sort of Aluminum drag racing motor probably from John Force when peoples look at it
I wasnt going to put up the vid because its pretty embarrasing actually. Looks really slow off the line, but then I spose you hear the BBB pulling him in. Remember I take off in second to limit wheel spin and ease into it. About 1:30 in https://www.facebook.com/junga2365/videos/10210727143873545/ Cheers
