‘70 Skylark Rear Bumper

    Is it really simple as four bolts? Either the four bolts holding the bumper brackets for the frame or the four bolts holding the bumper to the bumper brackets?

    4bolts to frame and the tail lamp plug and tag light plug that's it

    Plug? Rear Lamp wiring harness and license plate light?
