    I think (sorry) that as far as A-bodies go in '68-'69, the Oldsmobiles were the best looking in all body styles. The big fender and quarter flares over the wheels make the car.

    I really like it but wish he had put in a 5 speed right away. It’s getting where you need overdrive on many highways. It’s tough being the quickest but going the slowest.

    I hear that...in my Beetle you are the slowest off the line and sitting in the far right lane on the freeway lol!

    Ended at $22859, reserve not met. Not taking anything away from the car, I'd love to have it, but never thought it would get beyond 15K.

    I was way off, I figured since it needed paint and body work it would top out at 9-10k....
