I had a local guy reach out yesterday who hasn't been on here in ages and would like his password reset? How do I go about getting that facilitated?
After you hit the "Log in or Sign up" button on the upper right, below where you put your password in (very faint text) it has "Forgot your password" They will need the email they used to register. It should send them a password reset link to that email. At least that's what vBulletin does. If they don't have access to that email, or forgot it, you're probably going to have to get Jim involved to change their registered email to a new one.
He didn't seem to think the email he used on here was his current one. Hopefully, Jim sees this... Thanks!
