Obviously when the owner is found there is no telling of they want to sell. But well see.

One thing I found interesting (for what its worth) is the sale price listed was significantly lower than I remember.

I think with the title info you have, you need to go find the bar where the cops hang out and tell them your story. They can look up the title and get you the name and address of the owner from 2020 (still might be current?). Making friends at the registry could work also...
