So, do the manifolds have to be Buick ex manifolds or can say Corvette 2 1/2" exit rams horn ex manifolds be used? The sbc ex ports line up very well with sbb ex ports but they are 2 different shapes but could be easily adapted with some custom adapter plates.
I also talked to Jim Rogers about this he has no problem with those manifolds. Look forward to see you in BSA next year
I wouldnt have a problem with that level of creativity. So, can we count on you to do it and enter the class? Dont just talk about it. Put in the work and come make a statement in BG!!
I just updated the rules to address these latest concerns and questions. While we strive to maintain the integrity of the class with the use of a set of rules, we also encourage creativity and thinking outside the box with your combination. So dont hesitate to try something new that is within the scope of the rules. We all love to learn another way to skin the cat!
I plan on trying this class next year. I just need to get rid of some chrome and headers and I am in!
Ok guys. Any questions or concerns for the BSA Class in BG this year? I have been working on payouts and trophies recently. The event is about 2.5 months away now. So its a good time for discussion.
I am looking forward to BG this year as usual. Catching up with our fellow Buick enthusiasts, the racing, the show, parking lot bench racing etc.
