what is this under dash?

    That might be the horn relay. Can also be the door buzzer as best I remember. Easy enough to unplug it to see if the horn stops working and/or door buzzer quits.

    had something similar in my 62: was a buzzer for when you exceeded the speed limit you set on your speedometer
