Beginning to reassemble my 68 custom conv and am looking for some tips on anyone who has had the pleasure of mounting @ aligning the front bumper ,grille & grille surround. This was a 1 yr(69 is close ) design that took a beating on the most minor hits. My bumper was rechromed & straightened . The bumper was slightly tweaked upward at the front Point and by a few pairs of eyes that have seen it appears straight. The grille is repro & Ive heard how easily the grille studs are prone to snapping off if not precisely lined up. Any and all suggestions appreciated.
