It's going to vary. The same guy didn't paint all of them!
It would help to know what plant your car was built at.
You can specifically ask if the trunk latch and taillights (and wiring) were painted with trunk paint.

My '66's have red primer on the trunk lid hinges and rear seat supports.
The taillight panel has black primer.
Looks like the trunk paint was applied after the body color.
So.... the order for my '66 was: black or red primer, body color, then trunk paint.

Most I have seen, the black is about even with the tail light/quarter extension.

Buy a spray bomb trunk paint that matches what trunk color you want. Then examine the color in the splatter closely. Pick the three colors . Usually Dark grey , medium gray ( lighter) than the darker gray. Then last color teal looking ( very light bluish green). Go to paint store and get three colors mixed in under hood flat colors. They will know what you want. The first color Dark gray spray at 45 psi 2nd color (med gray) spray at 15 psi. With a Big Tipped primer gun. 3rd color teal. Same thing 15psi . It will look just like trunk splatter paint. Of course you have to add the recommended Hardener and thinner. But put less thinner in it make it little thicker so the splatter looks real good.

And for you guys with old spare tires in excellent shape. Clean the whitewall with whitewall cleaner. Then get a Cotton ball and dip in Pepto Bismol. It is a Pink Wax.

Notice the # " 73 " on the tire. And same inspector put chalk on rim to near air valve #73
