68 riviera cross for pitman arm ?

    Hell wondering if there is any other pitman arm i can use off another model or year for 68 riviera ?

    Not for a Riviera. It isn't really much of a wear item. They make the A body ones.

    Its actually NOT a wear item. Unless its bent or broken, it doesnt need to be changed. The joint is on the centerlink

    I was thinking eventually that the taper would get a bit egged out, that's about it.

    Okay just thinking on changing whole front end a lot of play in steering

    If I was you, I'd check the front end and only replace what is worn. The parts available today are not as good as used to be available.

    Paul,

    Just replace the loose components ONLY. The junk available today will wear out long before your originals IF they have been maintained properly. Most likely you have a worn center link, idler arm or outer tie rod ends.
    ALSO check the lower ball joints.
    Do yourself a favor & DON'T buy any complete kits as most ALL of the components are JUNK.

    AND --- If you want to replace with USA components..... I even have a pair of N.O.S. ++ MOOG ++ Lower Ball Joints++

    If you read my last response. I said bought everything except tie rods. And no none of it was a kit . all moog sorry if i didnt call to tell you. I dont need a second set of parts i bought already thanks .
