My Roadmaster wagon leans to passenger side. Unfortunately it makes me remember the original owner's wife.....she was BIG!

    Tired springs on that side.....

In a word: Nope! No such phenomenon. We do
however increase caster & decrease camber on the passenger side to compensate (I do this for a living), as a completely neutral wheel alignment will follow the camber in the road and fade to the kerb.

....when I say neutral I mean completely symmetrical ie identical measures left to right.

Aren't there different springs for right and left on A/C cars?

There are different left & right front springs for both AC and non-AC cars.

The weight of the A/C compressor alone is heavier than the master cylinder and power steering pump.
Every bit of Buick literature I've read says the springs were computer selected, so it would make sense that the passenger (right) side front spring would be slightly stronger.
The battery is also on that side ALONG with the A/C compressor.
I SERIOUSLY doubt, always have, that replacement front springs are made the way the factory ones were as far and compensating for additional weight on the right side.

Makes up for when there is no passenger in the car which most cars that is about 85% if not more of the time driving to work and back?

    Back some years ago
Charley Evan's had a GS at Bowling Green that threw the left front wheel up and cracked the windshield from all the twist. I remarked about the cracked glass. He said a new one would break again. So maybe the frame can be tortured until its twisted out of shape and the old crumbling rubber body mounts could add to the problem.
