Fully agree.....for almost 20 years I've had the last 600 feet to eyeball and judge the car coming or me gaining........now I have less than 100..........its my main reason for going to airshifter.........its just too hard to be watching that tach to shift, figure out what's going on then get the car to slow down if needed, all in less than 100 ft at 100mph

First of all you guys at KBR saved my day! Please get the website ready with nice product pictures and more infos.
Will it be possible to get an assembled ~540cui block with crank, rods and pistons?
Will shipping to germany be possible?
    Best regards

Building the motor, no problem. Shipping would be a good question for JW at Tri Shield Performance. He is building our motors.

Shipping is no problem. I know JW has done it before.

Excellent, that's sounds very reasonable for a big block billet crank, thanks for doing this.

    This is very exciting!!

My goal is to build the 464 I have now, and then if life permits, purchase one of these blocks in about 5 years and start a full new build with TA heads. Hopefully by then we really get to see the potential of this block with the billet crank and other goodies. Keep up the good work Ken, it’s nice to see such investment in the Buick community outside of TA.

Spring of 2019! That was the original date. I have the same question.

    Ken will update soon.
As for what his last update was
He was hoping by the end of the 2019 year.(as stated in this thread)
We missed it but not by much.
Understand that Ken is not doing 1 part at a time. He has several things going with the Buick parts at any one time.
He bought 15 cranks for his stroker kits that I believe will be ready this next week.
I'll check with him in the next day as I'm on the wrong coast from home....
    Update soon

We are issuing a PO to the foundry this week for 50 blocks. It will take 10-12 weeks for casting, x ray and heat treat for stress relief. We do not have a schedule or price for machining at this time. Also working on cast heads. We have bought our own equipment for machining heads, rockers, intakes, valve covers etc. so in the future we will control time lines. I expect cranks to be here any time in the next couple weeks. I will not take deposits until parts are tested. Our main goal is to stock the highest quality parts with aerospace tolerances at the lowest possible price. We are taking requests for blocks, heads, cranks, rods, pistons, complete engine kits and stroker kits. If you want cranks other than 4.4 stroke, 3.25/3.0 mains x 2.2 rod journal specs it will be important to order them as it takes months to schedule and machine them. We now have a list in order from BG a year ago. We will contact them as parts are available. Email me at “ buickparts@verizon.net” to confirm your place in line or to be added to the list. Please specify dimensions for all parts wanted. Thank you for your patience. Kenny Betts

Sorry if it came off wrong, I was just messing around. I knew something like that was going on. I know it's a complicated process with many moving parts

Its hurry up and get in line. By machining most of our parts in house, will shorten wait times drastically.

I just sent an email getting on line for the Wildcat block. It seems once you add up the price of a TA main girdle, cam Girdle, Billet mains. All that is either included or is not needed with the wildcat. You really arent that far from the price of The Wildcat Block. In my case it's probably way overkill. But thats never stopped me before. LOL

Can we see a print of the cylinder head? And the valve locations. Will we see the head this year? Also I’m assuming there would most certainly be a cast intake that would immediately follow the head coming out so that we could enjoy the cost savings of a bolt together top end without doing a lot of extra work to making things fit like adapter plates, lots of port work etc. Thanks Tom
