    I would not want to add up what it took to adapt a th700r4 to a Nailhead! Lucky me I love a ST400.

    That's a door popper for the shaved handles. Pushes the door open when you hit the release button for the door latches.

  10. Would it be able to pop the door from the front of the hinge? Seems like that would be at the back.

    Yes, you install them on the a-pillar door jam. Once the latch releases, the spring loaded door popper pushes straight against the front of the door frame and opens the door a little (like an inch or two usually) then you can grab the back of the door and open as usual.
