Sounds like a Mike Sobotka car?

Start a thread in the Readers Rides section of the forum with some pictures. I'm sure I'm not the only one who would like to see it.

    BUQUICK I'm your huckleberry.

Of course it will, it's a '72 which is the best year. Okay maybe tied with the '67s. :)

Congrats to the buyer and seller! I looked long and hard at that car in AZ when it was there.

Good news for me is that the car at the top of my list will be arriving in the next week or so. A Stage 1 will have to wait for a bit.

Congrats to you Brian, post a picture or two. I am not sure how to post pictures. Thanks for everyone's help and advice on finding a car. Thanks Mike for delivering this car to me. I finally got to drive it a little over the weekend and it run and drives great!!

I’ve been reluctant to post as it isn’t a Buick...

That is an awesome Trans Am! I have owned a few Trans Ams, 2 79's and 1 78. They are still one of my favorite looking cars.

Thanks, 1971 455 HO Auto. Original drivetrain and most parts, still original master cylinder and booster, etc.

Kinda miss my fully loaded Skylark but it was only a 350. Even with the 350 built there is something to say for big blocks. I have seen some nice BBB cars for sale but just can't get passed the value difference. Chevelle runs like a top and is a beast! Even so I would consider that nice 70 Stage 1 455 for the right price if it came around. Buicks are different! LOL

you will always see Chevelle's and Camaro's at shows and events but, if you have a Buick GS or a Stage 1 to me you have something a little different but, a good different in my opinion!!

I am sure you will see a Chevelle. But a numbers matching REAL SS 396/402 with the build sheet is rare. Still have a hankering for a GS Stage 1 455.
