    I run a hurst promatic 2 ratchet shifter, it's fun..

    Well the shifter install wasn’t too bad. I got it done yesterday in about 5 hours I’d say. A couple things were a pain but all in all it works perfect. I will have to get a couple installed pics.

    Getting my hands between the tunnel and the transmission to put the nuts on and tighten them was a pain. That was the worst of it. But it came out good. I also installed a set of brackets to move the bench seat back 2”. So much better with the extra leg room

    Here’s the shifter installed. Its not as close to the dash as the pictures seem. And the shift kit goes in real soon. Then it’s basically done.

    I just happened to see one at a car show today in an Olds 442.
