Very nice convertible frame for 68-72 Skylark/GS or other GM A-body cars. This is exact in appearance for 68-69,but will also fit 70-72. This will also fit 68-72 hardtops and post coupes. This is a southwest frame that was stripped,all welds were smoothed and removed excess slag/BB’s,blasted,epoxy-primed,and urethane top-coated satin black. The right front frame horn has some pitting,but it would be hidden once the bumper bracket and radiator support are installed. That is it. Price is $2500.00. Located in Erie,Pennsylvania.
Brian, The black one is actually a 69 frame, the 68's have an extra piece that hangs down from the front tongue, but you are correct it will definitely work on the 68-72 cars. Very Nice. Duane
Duane, Actually,it was/is a 68 frame. I removed the little tongue and smoothed it all out. Can’t tell it was ever there. I found the VIN stamped in two places on this frame. Along the topside edge of the driver’s frame rail,and on the top side of the driver’s rear rail,before the bumper. Different plants did different things. Many subtle differences between years and frame manufacturers.
