these go under the dash by the front a pillar. they are held on by a metal bracket that fits around the bottom of the speaker. they are blown out paper and no longe work. the speaker needs to be 8 ohms according to the radio. im using the stock 8 track player

There is no such thing as a 1975 Buick Park Avenue. Is it an Electra Park Ave? They list speakers in the front doors, rear deck, and side seat panel.

Be careful reinstalling the dash after replacing the speakers. The OEM ones are very small and on the drivers side the replacements may not fit without some fiddling with things in the area. If it's not going in, stop and reevaluate what is going on.

Right, but the Park Avenue was a separate model from like 1991-2005?

Yes, it's an Electra. The Park Avenue name was used stand alone as a separate model from 1991-2005.
