I haven't put a dust shield up yet, the starter I used was a Robb Mc starter, much smaller and fit perfect. I did make a 16 gauge metal shim for the starter. the gear was getting stuck otherwise. http://www.robbmcperformance.com/products/buick_starter.html EDIT: I did cut off the tab by the header. loped it right off like Vincent Van Gogh's ear.
Body back on, but not bolted down yet. No clearance issues on the body or tranny I can see yet. Videos on FB @ Murica's garage or Muricagarage.com.
Nice work, I wish I had the motivation to continue my car. i'm so close to completion too. keep posting pics and components used. controller, TPS, ect.
Installing Tri power to and trying to see which AN6 fit best. Looks like 90 and 180 due to case standoffs and tolerances.
I think these banjo bolt fittings will help with trans tunnel clearance. 6AN 1/4NPSM 4L80E For GM Transmission Oil Cooler SS304 Banjo Bolt Fitt – buysmartturbo
Well...Not really. I did put a no hop kit on the rear and bought a anti roll but haven't installed it. I feel like I need to go backwards a bit. forward right now may not be an option.
