    Hell Buick Brethren,

It has been over decade since I posted here (that coincides how long it has been since I have resumed my restoration.

Anyway, I did a frame off about 15 years ago and am in the final stages of prep before paint and body.

I need one of you to send or post a picture where the emergency brake cable penetrates the frame from the parking brake mechanism (on the driver's side). I am having trouble figuring out how it "mounts" but it is obvious it uses a clip.

Anyway, any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks Bill, I am manual rich....but, they do not give the detail beneath the frame (I even have the GM factory service manual, chassis manual and fisher body manual). I really need someone to craw under and take a photo.

It can only go one way thru the oval hole in between the body mounts and then tru the round hole on the inside of the frame there behind the back shift linkage. It's so stiff it's not going anywhere but where its intended

Yeah, I have it in the correct hole. I just can't figure out the clip. It seems like I am missing something.
