Not only my first Buick, but my first car. Sold it to my brother in 1991. He traded it in locally towards an 86 Trans Am. :(

Great pic.s Takes me back to the day G string flicked history class to pickup his GSX. (1978) I remember looking out the shop class window and thinking - Who put that GTO deck spoiler on that Buick? Man have we learned a lot since those days.

Those mudflaps were straight out of ADAP......for the millenials, that means Auto Zone.;)

Sure have learned a lot, like to this day I wish I bought the 70 triple green Stage 1 for sale that I used to pass by every day in Norwood when I was working in Dedham back in 1991. It was in great condition , minor rust on lower fenders, needed some transmission work but for $3400, I think I would have made out OK.

I remember a '70 GS 455 Alabama Wheels had in Streetsboro Ohio back in the late 70's, dark blue, blue or black bench interior, automatic.
I wasn't driving yet but my older sister was, went out and we took it for a spin, on the way back, I told her to "floor it" we were already doing 'bout 35 mph,,,,,,,,,, big smoke show from one wheel peel:p AWESOME!!
