Sundogs were out today

Took a picture on the way to work. Very cold now so we’ll probably see more of these.

 

That's weird! I've never heard about those or seen that in MA.

 

The melt dogs were out here today in Mass. Ahout 4 inches left from the 8 inch storm we just had all melted in 4 hours. My yard is bare! God I love global warming.

 

These aren’t as well defined but they almost looked like rainbow colors, too bad the pic doesn’t show that but it looks like I caught the moon too.

 

Very cool!

We don’t see sun dogs around here but today we did get pink contrails;
or chemtrails if you like. Oh, and the moon too!

 

My sunglaases are shattered, so I kinda see sundogs evety day. Does that count?

I also had never heard of such a thing. Very cool.
