Just read your most recent threads. What was the reason you removed the A/C system? Doesn't it get hot in NY during the summer? o_O Sure did when I lived there. Just curious.

It was removed to clear "future" Stage-1 Aluminum Heads, and the rest of the system was just dead weight. This is part of my original plan.

I really appreciate your view of this "saga." Have a great weekend.

    Good Night, ALL.

This is an idea that popped in my head a few minutes ... regarding a YouTube Subscriber's comment about my Mechanical Fuel Pressure Regulator.

Hey, Joe Jackson. Your comment got me to thinking ... and I did a bit of research. I feel that both my Mechanical Fuel Pressure Gauges give the low 3-PSI of Fuel Reading, is because the Regulator and Gauge "before" the Regulator are @ 3 inches over the Intake Manifold ... having the heat affect them.

Also, my Mechanical Fuel Pressure Gauge "before" the Regulator reads a max of 15-PSI of Fuel ... while the Carter "P4601-HP" Electric Fuel Pump has a FLOW OUTPUT of 14-16-PSI of Fuel ... with 50-GPH.
Now ... when I factor in my TA Performance "Street/Strip" Mechanical Fuel Pump on the motor ... "imagining" a Fuel FLOW OUTPUT between 6-8 PSI of Fuel ... and with @ (guessing blindly, Joe) 14-GPH (Supports combinations up to 500 HP) ... I imagine my TRUE Fuel Pressure being somewhere @ 22-PSI "before" my Holley Fuel Pressure Regulator.

The Mechanical TA Pump is on 100% of the time the 455 is running, whereas the Carter Electric Fuel Pump is called to duty via when needed/Toggle Switch ... ergo; @ 22-PSI of Fuel.

With that, Joe ... I feel that my "Aeromotive15632" Mechanical Fuel Pressure Gauge's (liquid-filled) rated reading LIMIT of 15-PSI ... just is "sufficient" enough to actually read/record that capacity of Fuel Pressure.

I'm going to continue researching this SAGA of mine, Joe. Have a great week ahead.

Liquid filled gauges are only accurate for till they get hot then they will read very low

On Thursday morning, I have an appointment to have the front Upper Control Arms & Bushings installed for $75 each side.
Afterwards ... Pep Boys is doing the Wheel Alignment.

In August/next month, I'm having these installed on the rear.
    Have a great week ahead.

Hard to tell from the video. Was it loading up at that light you were sitting at in the beginning?
Did it stumble in the turn?
It sounds/appears it was rich after WOT and air starved itself to shut off.

But, I'm only guessing from the video.

Thanks very much for your reply.

I was at the light ... everything was good ... no stumble into the left turn ... it just quietly and smoothly lost power.

Can this be caused by my 1-Wire Alternator NOT being attached to the Positive Battery Terminal?

I just made a video of it ... posting it in a couple of minutes.

Alternator 12-Volt Power Source NOT from my Battery.
