Mine got totaled years back and stripped most the parts off and the interior before it was hauled off.
Then half of that got stolen. Saved them to make another and seems now is the time.

Started collecting 94-95 XJSs but now I want another FS.

Any helping finding one would be appreciated.

Great looking cars! Do you prefer the red white and blue or the Silver?

I wish you luck in your search.

Thank you very much for helping with my quest.
That is a rather odd one! Many had the red interior but I think the black was the best IMO. Never seen one with blue and white buckets. Almost like it was pieced together since the door panels and the rear seat look like they are from a different model.

In the process of getting my new 77 one ready for paint but will sell it in a heartbeat for a 76 with a black int and t-tops. They didn't finish the roofs under the landau tops and did not expect this was going to be part of the project.

Until my image is of another FS then I am still looking!!!!

Thank you. I still have my black buckets and rear seat back. The 75 red white and blue is cool but a 76 with blk int./PW/PS is my goal to find. T-tops would be cool but without is perfectly fine too.

Nice one to buy. I have a 1976 Regal. Will the rear spoiler of the Century fit my Regal? And is the front grille of the Century able to be swapped in, too?

Yes. If you find a rear spoiler then try to get the corner pieces with end caps attached. Then you just need to drill the holes in the trunk for the center piece. The front grill comes in two styles. The one like mine in my pic with metallic looking fins or black inserts with a different style. If you google it you will see the differences. I also tucked a set of 295x50x15 tires under the back and 235x60x15s on the front. This is how I had my 76 FS set up for that 70s ass high big meat look. You do need to place 1.5 inch lift pad under the rear springs and it doesn't negatively change the ride. I stripped the landau off and going to put my old stainless strip on after I lay down some custom paint.

(personally, I would try to buy all 6 pieces. 2 end caps, trunk and 3 pieces of the spoiler. That way if you ever sell the car the trunk doesn't have holes it and you can keep the whole assembly)

I put some serious miles on my cars travelling. I like the looks of the T/As but The Firestone Firehawk Indy 500s was my favorite. They discontinued them and caught flack from buyers so brought them back with a new design I haven't tried yet. My tire of choice now is the Cooper GTs. They seem to have a stiffer sidewall and help control roll and boating. Also a lot cheaper than T/As. Since I put around 70 to 80k miles a yr on my cars it gives me plenty of chances to try different ones. Others might not agree with my evaluation on tires but it is truly subjective to each driver.

I haven't changed the car since buying it, so the tires will remain, for now. I had the car detailed and replaced the driver's side rear bumper filler. Oh, and added the hood ornament, which had been removed and had a rubber cap in the hole when I bought the car. The original owner was handicapped and used hand controls for the brake and accelerator. I asked for those, too, since I may be keeping the Regal for a long time. Here's the Hurst model, I thought of getting:

I would also like a Free Spirit or S/R, but seeing how rare they are,
would be interested in any really nice 76-77 Regal 2 door.
BTW, were any of the 77s victim to the generic engines?

The '77s still had the Buick 350 V-8. Here is the photo of the engine in the 1977 Buick Regal with Hurst T-tops:

You could buy three nice '76/'77 Regal S/Rs for the price of one nice big-block 70's Skylark GS. I know as I had a 1971 Buick GS 455. And I've been holding onto a low-mileage 1971 Buick 455 engine with Turbo 400 transmission for a future swap.
