Casting number is 1239925. Date code is A/14. As shown in the last pic, it comes with the divorced choke bimetallic coil spring and rod to connect to the carb, but you will need a new gasket for this area. Been trying to sell this on here for months and nobody wants it. Will not scrap it since it may be valuable one day for somebodys concours restoration. Pay the shipping and its yours. I am in Worcester, MA. Potential shipping prices from my office in Hudson, MA where I can most easily ship it from to various locations are: Cali: $69.49 Tex: $59.12 Fl: $52.05 NY: $32.39 If somebody local wants to come pick it up, fine; but convince me it won't end up in your scrap pile.
Thanks for offering.. Hate when this happens....Might be in line...Does the choke stove come with it?
Not sure what that is so maybe. Been awhile since I put together together the choke parts for it. Can you describe it?
In the last picture its on the right. The piece that has a coil and goes into the intake next to carb that is held in by 3 bolts. In a few pics its not on the intake, in the last one it is... just curious if it comes with it?
Everything in the last pic comes with it. Didn't have the choke parts at the time I took the first two pics.
Trying to go in the order of responses to this thread. Tubecatgs has passed. Waiting to hear from mummy68 who is next in line.
Thanks, but i cant do it this weekend unfortunately. Want to give mummy68 a full 48 hrs. Intake is in my office shipping dept, can't get to it until Monday anyway
Hello I was wondering, the choke assembly looks new. Can you tell me where you got it. Mine broke and I currently run with out one.
Not trying to hijack the post, but since the free one in the post is gone I have a free one to offer up in Westfield ma , kept for the same reasons. Pick up only. I can get the part number if needed but I believe its from a 73 455. Have the crankshaft too as well as a 68 th400 long tail core. Help me clean out the garage.
