I know this car, it's here in Yakima WA. Very nice survivor , He is the original owner, was a vinyl roof car but removed it at the time of the re-paint.

About 140 miles away, across the mountains. I don't know him, haven't ever seen the car in person, but it sounds like 70buickboy has seen it.
